Using the Service Desk system, our advisors can:

  • Activate Cards
  • Answer Balance and Transaction queries
  • Deal with reports of Lost or Stolen card
  • Assist cardholders in Money Share
  • Provide replacement Card or Pin
  • Help the cardholder manage their contact details and take advantage of any other features or products that we are able to offer

The Service Desk also provides a broad suite of management reporting tools allowing us to measure, and report on, such things as:

  • spend patterns in terms of amounts, merchant and geographical locations
