Customer Support Desk

Our dedicated Customer Support Desk provides our Cardholders with a high level of Customer Service. Based at our headquarters in Buckinghamshire, UK, it houses a team of dedicated multilingual and highly trained advisors. Our Service Desk systems enable our advisors to quickly and securely access our cardholder’s accounts in order to investigate and resolve problems with a minimum of fuss.

Using the Service Desk system, our advisors can:

  • Activate Cards
  • Answer Balance and Transaction queries
  • Deal with reports of Lost or Stolen card
  • Assist cardholders in Money Share
  • Provide replacement Card or Pin
  • Help the cardholder manage their contact details and take advantage of any other features or products that we are able to offer
The Service Desk also provides a broad suite of management reporting tools allowing us to measure, and report on, such things as:
  • card sales
  • load patterns
  • spend patterns in terms of amounts, merchant and geographical locations
