The Total E-Solutions has two base solutions:

Building Society Debit Card based solution

In this model we provide the E-solution overlay to your existing business providing the enhanced Customer experience to include:
  • My Account- Directly integrated into your Platforms a Customer Internet access enabling them to manage their Account on-line
  • SMS platform- Directly integrated into the Platform – the services are configurable per programme allowing Card holders to receive Balances, transaction details & transfer funds – foundations product for any E-wallet business.
  • IVR platform –Directly integrated into the platform –the services are multilingual & configurable per programme allowing customers to perform all account management tasks on the keypad bringing significant customer convenience and reduced Call centre costs (demonstrable 60% saving)

Pre-paid Card “clone substitute for a Debit Card- Ideal for non Card Issuer Building Societies

This model is targeted to Building Societies who are not Card Issuers and in this solution we provide a Pre-paid card branded to your Design in which the card has a Pre-determined balance of £250* linked directly to a nominated customer account and each night a “top is requested” to replenish that day’s spend thus maintaining the start of day balance of £250*. If the customer does not require the automated top up then manual tops can be pushed by the customer through our SMS, IVR or My Account customer channels. The £250 daily velocity balance can be varied to your requirements.

Partial Modular Solutions

In addition to our Total E-solution our solutions can be tailored to your specific needs on a Modular approach. We will happily supply integrated sub sets of our Internet, SMS & IVR solutions. In addition we have further solutions to include:
  • Single Portal KYC solution to streamline bring on line down to Branch level this Key customer sign up requirement.
  • Web Based Reporting – Provision of a powerful Web based Sql Query reporting tool to allow your customer teams to access Customer records and accounts in a value add format enabling filters and other data sort facilities on the desktop.
